It has always been a desire of mine to shine the spotlight on female leaders who aren't given credit/appreciated enough for the work and impacts they've made in our world today. This goal of mine started young, ever since I began studying, reading, and learning about many hardworking and successful men, yet there was very little recognition for the successful women. My goal with Illuminating Voices is to create a strong platform where passionate and insightful thinkers can come together to write articles, poems, and any other form of literature about these women and the important aspects of leadership, ambitions, desires, and hard work.
